The new method of painting is faster thanks to a different composition of paint substance, shorter times needed for painting hardening and a newly used application of paint spraying.
Another important reason for the investment into the new equipment were increasing demands for environmental aspects and strict criteria for minimizing the impact on the environment.
The implementation of more advanced technology and use of paintings with low contents of volatile substances were necessary to fulfil the demanding requirements from the inspection bodies.
During the 2nd half of the year 2007 a new painting shop was installed and the trial operation started in the production centre in Vlkov. The new equipment uses a new technology of the application of surface finishing.
